LabTrackr
Founding beta open — free through fall 2026 for the first five practices

Every case, every stage, one board.

LabTrackr is the production board for dental practices that do their own lab work — design, milling, printing, post-processing — plus the cases you still send out. Know what's due before every patient sits down.

How it works

No training manual. If your team can use a whiteboard, they can use this.

1

Add a case in 30 seconds

Patient, appliance, appointment date. LabTrackr works out the lab due date so the work is finished before the patient arrives — not the morning of.

2

Update stages from the board

Design, manufacture, post-process — each stage is a dropdown anyone on the team can set as work moves. Every change is recorded with who and when.

3

Red rows first

Each morning the board and a digest email tell you what's overdue, due today, and due this week. I check it with my coffee. That's the whole system.

Built for how an in-house lab actually runs

Not a CAD tool, not a practice management system — the tracking layer between them.

Due dates that mean something

Urgency is driven by the lab due date, not the appointment. Red means due in 1–2 days or overdue; yellow means this week. You can see the whole month on a calendar, too.

In-house and outside labs together

Your milled and printed cases move through design, manufacture, and post-process stages. Cases sent out get a simpler track. One board, both workflows.

Your whole team, accountable

Invite assistants and front desk by email — everyone gets their own login, and every case keeps a history of who changed what, when.

A morning digest without the login

Counts of what's overdue, due today, and due soon, emailed at 8am to whoever wants it. No patient names ever leave the system by email.

Privacy taken seriously

Two-factor authentication, a full audit trail, one-click data export, and no patient information in any email. Your data is yours — export or delete it any time.

Reports you'll actually read

On-time rate, median turnaround, volume by month, per-lab performance for the cases you send out. Enough to manage by; nothing to configure.

I built LabTrackr because my own cases were slipping. We design, mill, and print in-house, and the tracking lived on sticky notes and memory. The morning a case wasn't ready for a patient in the chair was the morning this became a real project. Now the board runs our lab — and I'd like it to run yours.
